Tall
Trees Unveils New Web SiteBarrington,12/20/2014 The Tall Trees Homeowners Association launched its new website today. The Bridge Group Online constructed the site. It is intended for use by Tall Trees residents to share news and information as well as prospective home buyers and sellers wishing to learn more about Tall Trees and Barrington. The home page is located at www.talltreesofbarrington.org.
The
Tall Trees Homeowners Association welcomes Jill Hirschman to the Board of
Directors. Jill will serve a two-year term as Board Secretary.
Jill is responsible for meeting minutes and helping with communications.
The
Tall Trees Homeowners Association welcomes Jessica Hutchison to the Board
of Directors. Jessica will serve a two-year term and help with financial
responsibilities.
The
5 member board was elected and dues were voted to be held steady at $325
per home per year. Dues are payable by check. Make checks out to "Tall
Trees of Barrington Home Owners Association" and mail to 115 Redwood Lane,
Barrington, IL 60010.
A big thank you goes out to the Daddino and Fitzgerald families for the great job they did this year with the entrance way decorations. The seasonal lights, plants and decorative items provide a welcoming and festive touch to the neighborhood. Well done!
The speed limit in Tall Trees is 25 MPH. Please watch for children playing, joggers, walkers and obey the posted signs. White pavement stripes have been added in front of the stop signs, please stop before the white lines. On the Lake-Cook exit pedestrians will come from your right so be alert.
There is a special meeting of the membership to discuss fences. The meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2015 at the Barrington Library at 7:30 PM. A vote will be taken the week after by mail on an amendment to the Declaration. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
