Tall Trees is a neighborhood in Barrington, Illinois with a population of 175 people residing in 56 homes on the east side of the Village of Barrington. The Barrington school district offers pre-school education and there are several options for private pre-school education as well. Children attending Kindergarten through 5th grade attend Arnett C. Lines Elementary school. Adolescents in 6th through 8th grade attend Barrington Middle School Station campus which is adjacent to Lines school. Young adults attend Barrington High School which known for its college preparatory curriculum. Over 99% of Barrington High School Students go on to college.

The Home
Owner's Association is responsible for maintaining the common areas and
keeping Tall Trees a highly desirable place to live.
The board
of directors is responsive to homeowner needs and has completed several
projects including new signage, lighting, a new perimeter fence, updated
entrance ways and building a path to connect Tall Trees with Listharke,
the Cuba Marsh, Fox Glove and Fox Point.

Since
1986 we have focused on making Tall Trees a great place to raise a
family.
Tall Trees is within walking access of Lines School, the Cuba Marsh, Fox Point and Listharke neighborhoods. Large 1/2 acre lots give children plenty of room to play safely in back yards away from traffic.
Tall
Trees is also a great place for empty nester couples who value
their privacy and like to engage in social activities. The
Neighbors are friendly and there are lots of activities planned from
game nights to road rallies to keep things fun.
As
a runner I really enjoy easy access to the Cuba Marsh with it's
gravel paths for running and walking.
We waited for a long time for a home to become available in Tall Trees and couldn't be happier with our decision to move in.

appreciation for us and since the housing bubble burst, home values
have steadily increased in value and have increased faster than
other areas of Lake County.
Jill Hirschman started as a board volunteer in 2014 and serves as board secretary. Jill's responsibilities includes communications, activities coordination and regulatory filings.
Jessica joined the board in 2015. She is a licensed clinical professional counselor with a Master of Arts and is welcome new addition to the team!
The five member volunteer board serves to respond to the needs of community as outlined in the by-laws, corporation charter and Home Owners Association declaration.
