in Lake County near the intersection of Lake Cook and Ela roads, Tall Trees has become one of the most sought after communities in
the Village of Barrington because of its location. Tall Trees is located on the east side of the Village with easy access to schools, down
town Barrington, the Metra Train Station, shopping, bike trails connecting parks and forest preserves as well as easy to main roads for
commuters. Tall Trees is connected by walking paths to the adjacent Fox Point, Listharke and Fox Glove neighborhoods providing

Tall Trees is incorporated into the Village of Barrington with essential services provided by the Village including fire, ambulance, police,
water, recycling, streets, sanitation and public works services. The Village of Barrington sponsors many community events including
the annual 4th of July fireworks celebration, farmer's market, summer celebration with live music and food, classic car cruise night and

Tall Trees residents are entitled to send their children to Barrington's award winning school district - Barrington Community Unit School
District 220. Considered a "trophy" district among the real estate community, Tall Trees is highly valued by parents who demand the
best K-12 education in the state of Illinois. Students are eligible to attend Lines Elementary School, Station Middle School and
Barrington High School. Tall Trees is also fortunate to be in the Harper Community College School district. Harper is recognized as
one of the best community colleges in Illinois offering adult continuing education classes, certifications and two year associate degrees.
Tall Trees is within easy walking distance of each of the schools and bus service is available through the school district. Tall Trees
residents also enjoy access to the Barrington Park District, Barrington Library, Lake County Forest Preserve District as well as various

The Tall Trees of Barrington Homeowners Association, formed in 1986, includes 5 elected residents to serve as board members. The
board is responsible for maintaining Tall Trees as an exclusive and desirable place to live. The board handles the daily operation of
the Association and responds to the needs of Tall Tree's residents. The board is tasked with the responsibility to manage Association
affairs, make capital improvements, assess and collect dues, maintain the finances and operate in accordance with the by-laws and
Declaration.
Board members are unpaid elected volunteers serving 2-year staggered terms. The Board of Directors meets regularly four times per
year and hosts an Annual Association meeting. The board currently has two openings. If you would like to volunteer to serve please
