Welcome to Tall Trees

Tall Trees is a single family home subdivision built in the late 1980's by the Kennedy Group in the Village of Barrington, Illinois. The neighborhood consists of 56 homes on 38 acres ranging in size from 2,205 to 4,000 square feet of living space.  Each home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot giving homeowners privacy while at the same time being part of a friendly and quiet community. 

As one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Barrington, Tall Trees is within walking distance of the Cuba Marsh and about one and half miles away from the Metra Station and downtown Barrington.  Children attend schools in award winning district 220 with access to pre-school through 12th Grade.

Social Events

Tall Trees social events includes a 20 year tradition of its annual road rally, bingo, progressive dinners, Oktoberfest celebration and children marching in the annual 4th of July parade.  Volunteers as well as new ideas are always welcome.

Each lot owner is a voting member of the Homeowners Association with one vote per lot.   The Association board of directors represents the home owners and consists  of a 5 member board who serve 2-year terms.
